Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days for general returns/exchanges.
Our policy for wrong item received lasts 7 days.
If 30 days, or 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We work hard to ensure that all designs are printed accurately. In the event that you received the wrong item or would like to return/exchange an item, please see below.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask customers to place a new order and then return the unwanted items. Please see below for instructions.

Holiday or Seasonal Items (Christmas, Valentine's, etc)
Sale or Clearance Items

We will accept returns (less shipping costs, shipping costs are non-refundable) within 30 days (7 days for wrong or flawed item) of purchase on unwashed/unworn/unused clothing and other products. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped. Clothing must have original tags attached. We will not accept returned items if worn, washed, used, or smelling of perfume/cologne or other odors, or if there is pet hair.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping costs will not be included in your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Unsaleable/Damaged items will not be refunded. Should you wish to have these items returned to you, we are happy to do so provided you contact us in writing and include arrangements for the cost of the return.

STEP 1: REQUEST RMA - please email us for approval and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Include in Your Email: order #, name, and reason for return/exchange. Upon approval we will email you an RMA #.

STEP 2: UPON APPROVAL - print and fill out the Return/Exchange Form (return it with your return item(s))

STEP 3: RETURN ITEMS - send back items along with the Return/Exchange Form. Once we receive the items they will be inspected and an exchange/refund will be issued.
Two Options are available to ship item back. 1. We can send you a pre-paid label download, the cost will be deducted from your return refund. 2. Purchase your own shipping label at the Post Office.


For incorrect/wrong item or flawed orders:

If the item(s) you received is incorrect or flawed please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, please include photos of the issue, your name and order #.

Free Shipping at $45 Policy:

If your order value falls below $45 after your return items, you no longer qualify for Free Shipping and original costs for shipping will be deducted from your refund. (original costs for shipping is the amount you would have paid for shipping)

Incorrect shipping address provided by buyer:

If the shipping address you provided is incorrect and the package comes back to you us: 1. You can have it reshipped to the correct address, you will need to repay for shipping. 2. or you can have the order refunded minus the shipping fees.
